Jason Bond is proudly the Director of Elever Property Group. My Dad was a developer, so I have been involved and passionate about the property industry my entire life. My Dad wanted me to be a builder, but the truth is I was hopeless. However, my passion was still there for property and I swapped my builders hat for a project marketers’ hat.

I have been in the real estate industry now since 2002 and started my first real estate firm in 2007. I specialise in brand new properties and high-end projects. I have spent the best part of the last 10 years networking nationally and internationally to find referral partners to help sell projects. I am very well networked with Mortgage brokers, Accountants, Financial Planners and wealth creators amongst others. The days of placing an ad on the internet and hoping your project will sell are well over.

Jason is one of the Zone Chairman’s for the real estate institute of Queensland as well as an active member of key property organizations such as UDIA, REIQ and PIP.
